Curio Haven Ltd is a UK-registered company (Company No. 16670017), registered address: 6 Marius Grove, Fairfields, Milton Keynes, England, MK11 4DH.

Status: Active · Private limited company · Incorporated 25 August 2025.

Accounts: First accounts made up to 31 August 2026, due by 25 May 2027.

Confirmation statement: First statement date 24 August 2026, due by 7 September 2026.

2. Products & Availability

We sell books, media, and collectibles. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

If an item is unavailable after you order, we will cancel and refund promptly.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable UK VAT where charged.

We may run promotions from time to time; promotions cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, stock errors, pricing errors).

5. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch from the UK. Typical dispatch time is 1–2 working days.

Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout. Delays caused by carriers are outside our control, but we will assist with resolution.

6. Cancellations & Returns

UK consumers have a 14-day cancellation window from receipt for most items. Items must be returned in resalable condition unless faulty.

Return shipping: If the item is faulty or not as described, we cover return costs. Otherwise, you may be responsible for return postage.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

7. Faulty or Not-as-Described Items

If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund according to your statutory rights.

8. Risk & Title

Risk transfers on delivery. Title transfers once payment is received in full.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, branding) is owned by Curio Haven Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or repurpose content without permission.

10. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. For other losses, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Updates

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance.
