Shipping

Dispatch: Typically 1–2 working days from the UK.

Services: Standard tracked services; expedited options may be offered at checkout.

Coverage: UK delivery. International routes may be limited or unavailable.

Delays: Carrier delays are outside our control, but we will help investigate and resolve where possible.

Delivery Costs

Delivery fees and estimates are shown at checkout based on destination and weight.

Free delivery thresholds (when offered) apply to eligible UK addresses only.

Returns & Cancellations (UK Consumers)

You can cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused and in resalable condition unless faulty.

To start a return, email support@obscuravault.co.uk with your order number and reason.

Return Shipping Costs

If an item is faulty or not as described, we cover return postage.

If you change your mind, you may be responsible for return postage.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Allow up to 5–10 working days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Damaged or Missing Items

Report any damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery, with photos of packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
